  1. 2014 · THE BEGINNING

    Krishnapatnam Integrated Services Private Limited

    Arigala Malyadri, Managing Director, and Arigala Mamatha, Director, started the company to help companies and organisations obtain approvals, commence business, and manage everyday business affairs.

  2. 2017 · A NEW CHAPTER

    Becoming RECIPOP Private Limited

    The company was renamed RECIPOP PRIVATE LIMITED and began providing services to Agro Tech Foods Ltd for its ACT II business.

  3. 2017–SEPTEMBER 2020 · CHITTOOR

    From approvals to manufacturing

    We obtained government approvals for commencing manufacturing activities at Agro Tech Foods Ltd’s Chittoor unit and began manufacturing popcorn, bakes, and nachos.

  4. MARCH 2025 · BRAND EXPANSION

    Sundrop Brands Ltd

    Agro Tech Foods Ltd became SUNDROP BRANDS LTD in March 2025 and added the SUNDROP brand, offering corresponding products across the ACT II and SUNDROP ranges.

Our services to Agro Tech Foods Ltd, now Sundrop Brands Ltd, brought us into ready-to-eat snack manufacturing at its Chittoor unit.

Experience across three snack categories, with a focus on the work and people behind production.

Popcorn

Ready-to-eat popcorn in various flavours, manufactured using kettles and popper-coater equipment.

Bakes

Extruded snacks made using corn flour.

Nachos

Triangular popcorn chips in various flavours.

ACT II is a brand of Conagra Brands, USA. Agro Tech Foods Ltd had majority shareholding by Conagra during the period described. Brand names identify the business and products we support; they are not RECIPOP-owned brands.
